The Story Behind Maison Valréon

Maison Valréon started from my interest in fashion, business and creating something of my own. For a few years I had wanted to start my own clothing brand — at first, mainly to make money. Earlier this year I realised that if you start something only for the money, it isn't even worth starting: the moment results don't come, you give up.

A clothing brand is about more than that. What I really want is to see other people on the street wearing clothes I've designed and had the idea to make — and, slowly but surely, to learn and grow with every step of the process, building skills for the future.

The name comes from French: Maison means house, and Valréon doesn't really have a meaning — so together it is simply "The House of Valréon." It sounds European, elegant and distinctive, which fits exactly with the style and identity of the brand.

I started developing the brand in 2026 — the name, the logo, the clothing designs, the website, talking to suppliers and the overall image. I chose a quiet, old money style because demand for it in menswear is steadily rising, inspired by brands like Notre Succès, which is established in France. I saw the opportunity to start something similar in Spain.

My main goal is to gain recognition in the Canary Islands and build a community around the brand.
